Commercial Insurance and Loss Control Program

In partnership with Alliance Assurance Inc., the Wood Products Group provides members with expert loss-control services. A member's existing insurance policies are reviewed, premises and equipment are inspected, key employees are interviewed, and specifications are drafted for a package of insurance tailored to the company's requirements.

Alliance then shops the market to identify the most cost-effective insurer for the package. Custom insurance packages can include general commercial liability, asset protection on an 'all risks' basis, computer and data insurance, boiler and machinery insurance, crime insurance, business interruption insurance, Directors & Officers liability, non-owned auto and fleet auto coverage, and a range of other options.

WPG members using these services often report net savings of up to 45 percent in annual premium costs while realizing improved coverage.
