Outreach is an extremely powerful Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool available exclusively to Wood Products Group members. Members automatically have access to a repository of contacts provided by WPG administration. Included in this "Public Directory" are other WPG members, important industry figures, and valuable government contacts. And the WPG will provide more useful contacts in this free directory as time moves forward.

To open a whole new world of CRM capabilities, WPG members can cheaply and easily become Outreach Plus subscribers. For a very small fee, Outreach Plus users have access to the Public Directory, can build their own contact lists, and can be privy to additional directories made available through the Wood Products Group. Plus subscribers can add notes to contact records, create and manage tasks, form and edit groups, and orchestrate e-mail, fax, or postal distributions such as marketing campaigns, notifications, and newsletters.
